Does a gift card change where wine can be shipped?

No. Direct-to-consumer wine shipping is decided state by state, and Wine.com ships only where it holds the necessary licence. A few states allow no direct wine shipment at all — Utah and Mississippi among them — while others cap volume or add permit requirements. The checkout blocks a destination it cannot legally serve no matter how the order is paid for.

Does it change the age check on delivery?
