About this card

League of Legends is Riot Games' MOBA flagship — launched 2009, ~150 million monthly active players, free-to-play with revenue from cosmetics. The in-game currency is Riot Points (RP): you buy RP with real money (or with this gift card) and spend it on the things that don't affect gameplay balance. Cards are strictly server-locked: a North American card only redeems on a Riot account registered on the NA server, an EUW card only on Europe West, a BR card only on Brazil, a TR card only on Turkey. Which Riot servers does each card cover?

We sell four server-locked variants: NA (North America, USD), EUW (Europe West — UK, France, Germany, Spain, Benelux, Nordics, EUR), BR (Brazil, BRL), and TR (Turkey, TRY). A card cannot be redeemed on a Riot account from a different server — Riot does not allow cross-region transfers of Riot Points.

How do I redeem the code on my Riot account?

Three ways. Web: signup.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redeem-card → log in → paste the code. League client: top-right cog → Account → Redeem Code. Riot site: riotgames.com/redeem. The code adds Riot Points (RP) to the wallet of that Riot account immediately.

What can I buy with Riot Points?

Inside League of Legends: champions, skins, chromas, ward skins, emotes, summoner icons, hextech chests & keys, XP boosts, name changes, and server transfers. RP also unlocks Event Passes and the seasonal Battle Pass. Some champions are also purchasable with Blue Essence (the free in-game currency) — RP just lets you skip the grind.

Does the same RP wallet work for Valorant or Wild Rift?

Yes — but as separate currencies on the same Riot account. RP is the League/TFT currency; Valorant Points (VP) is Valorant's; Wild Cores (WC) is Wild Rift's; Coins is Legends of Runeterra's. The same Riot Game Card credits RP into the League/TFT wallet. To top up VP for Valorant directly, buy a Valorant gift card instead. The Riot account itself (login + payment history) is shared across all four games.

Can I gift this card to a friend on a different server?

No. The voucher is locked to the server matching the card variant — not to a specific Riot account, but the account that redeems it must be registered on that server. If your friend plays on EUW, buy the EUW card. If they play on NA, buy NA. The redemption code itself is portable until claimed; you can paste it into an email or chat without restriction.

Why is there no global "any-server" League card?

Riot prices RP differently across regions to match local purchasing power. A card minted for Brazil sells for fewer USD-equivalent than the same RP face value in NA. Riot prevents arbitrage by hard-locking each card to one server. This is why we list four discrete variants and Riot itself never sells a "global" gift card.

How long is the voucher valid? Does the RP balance expire?

The unredeemed voucher code is valid 12 months from issue date. Once redeemed onto a Riot account, the RP balance has no expiry — it sits in your wallet until you spend it. There's no monthly fee, no decay, no inactivity timeout on RP itself.

What if my code fails or I picked the wrong server?

Open your order page (link in the delivery email) within 14 days. We re-issue a fresh code on the correct server, or refund in your original coin — no forms, no proof. About 0.4 % of orders need this, almost always due to a server mismatch on the Riot account. Double-check your account region in the League client (bottom-right of the login screen) before redeeming.

Why pay for League of Legends in crypto?
