About this card
Jamba — Jamba Juice until the 2019 rebrand — blends the smoothies most Americans learned the menu of by heart: Mango-A-Go-Go, Caribbean Passion, Razzmatazz, Strawberry Surf Rider, plus açaí and pitaya bowls, wheatgrass and immunity shots, flatbreads and the boosts that go into everything. Around 700 stores trade in the US, roughly half of them in California, which is where the chain started in 1990 and where it is still thickest on the ground.
The important thing about the card is that it is not really a Jamba card. Jamba belongs to GoTo Foods, and GoTo Foods issues one gift card across its whole portfolio — so the same code is redeemable at participating Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky's as well as Jamba, more than 3,800 locations in total. A card that looked like a smoothie habit turns out to cover the mall pretzel, the ice-cream cake, the cinnamon roll at the airport gate and a deli lunch. It is redeemable online for most of those brands and in-app for Jamba, McAlister's and Moe's.
The honest caveat is the other side of a franchise-heavy chain: not every Jamba takes it. The brand's own terms carve out Downtown Disney, Safeway, Vons and Pavilions outlets and select airport, university and Hawaii locations — the non-traditional units run inside somebody else's building, on somebody else's till. If the recipient's nearest Jamba is a campus kiosk, an airport counter or a grocery-store bar, have them check before you decide the face value. Catering orders are excluded everywhere.
Buying it here needs no account, no card on file and no identity check — a delivery email, the coin you already hold, and the code arrives in about eleven minutes. The balance carries no fees and no expiry, is drawn down across as many visits as it takes, and settles any shortfall against another payment method. One more line worth reading: an order placed inside DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub is paid to that app, not to the store, so the card is not a payment option there — order in the Jamba app or at the counter instead.
What you get
- A claim code, delivered by email
- A private order page (14-day access)
- Re-issue or full refund if the code fails
- No Jamba login or ID required
