About this card
Crunchyroll is the anime service the industry itself routes through — more than 2,000 series and films, subtitled episodes going up within hours of the Japanese broadcast, a growing dub slate, and the old Funimation library folded in after the two merged. Since 31 December 2025 there is no free ad-supported tier: the service is entirely paid, which makes prepaid membership value considerably more useful than it was a year ago.
Three tiers share the same catalogue and differ on everything around it. Fan is $9.99 a month — ad-free, every simulcast, and offline downloads on one device. Mega Fan at $13.99 adds four concurrent streams, the Game Vault of included mobile games, and a recurring $10 off any $75 order at the Crunchyroll Store every three months. Ultimate Fan at $17.99 pushes to six streams, 15% off the Store, and a physical Swag Bag after twelve consecutive months. Those prices took effect on 2 February 2026 for new members and 4 March for existing ones.
The two cards on this page behave differently, so pick deliberately. The US card is credit: the whole face value posts to the account and is eaten at whatever the member's tier costs, which is about five months of Fan for $50 or ten for $100. The French card is a term: EUR 69.99 switches on twelve consecutive months of Premium Fan and nothing else — no tier choice, no leftover balance, and no payment card required to start it.
The constraint that actually bites is billing route. If the membership is charged through Apple, Google Play or Roku, that subscription belongs to the platform and a Crunchyroll code cannot touch it — redeem anyway and you end up holding a second, separate membership while the first keeps billing. Cancel the platform subscription, let it lapse, then redeem. On a membership Crunchyroll bills directly, redeemed value simply stacks and the next charge is prorated.
