Chuck E. Cheese runs roughly 470 locations across the United States and has been the default answer to the birthday-party question for four decades. Hand-tossed pizza, wings and a salad bar on one side; a floor of arcade cabinets, climbing structures and ticket-blaster machines on the other; and a prize counter at the end of it where the evening is finally cashed out.
Two currencies live inside the building, and only one of them is dollars. The gift card holds the dollars: you give it to the counter or tap it at a kiosk to buy food, to load Play Points onto a Play Pass, or to buy an All You Can Play time block. The games then pay out E-Tickets onto that same Play Pass, and those are spent at the prize counter. The gift card is not a Play Pass, Play Points are not gift-card balance, and nothing flows back the other way — the card is simply what buys the play.
It is an in-location card. The code is presented at the venue rather than typed into chuckecheese.com, so online orders and parties reserved and paid for on the website sit outside it. Everything settled at the front counter is inside it: the food, the Play Points, the time block, and a party bill closed out on the day.
Buying it here takes no Chuck E. Cheese account and no identity check, only a delivery email. Pay in the coin you already hold, the code lands in about eleven minutes, and the balance does not expire — which matters for a card that is usually bought weeks before somebody turns seven.

Ordered late at night. Better rate than buying it in store.
