About this card
Cheryl Krueger started baking in Columbus, Ohio in 1981, and the thing the company is still known for is one product: the individually wrapped buttercream-frosted cut-out cookie. Around that sit tins, gift boxes, cookie towers, brownies and the Cookie of the Month Club subscriptions. This is not a restaurant card — Cheryl's Cookies is a gift-delivery business, and the balance buys parcels that get baked, boxed and posted to an address you nominate.
That changes what the card has to cover. The code is redeemed at checkout on cheryls.com, in the Gift Cards or Promotional Offers field, and the published terms carry no expiration date. Cheryl's has been part of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. since 2005, and the issuer publishes the e-gift card as redeemable across that family as well — 1-800-Flowers.com, 1-800-Baskets.com, Harry & David, The Popcorn Factory, Wolferman's, Simply Chocolate, Fruit Bouquets, Personalization Universe and Stock Yards — so an unspent balance has somewhere to go beyond cookies.
Buying it here needs no account with Cheryl's, no card on file and no identity check. You give us a delivery email, pay in the coin you already hold, and the claim code arrives in about eleven minutes. The recipient then chooses what gets baked and where it lands, which is the part a fixed hamper cannot do.
The constraint on this card is shipping, not redemption. Shipping and handling is charged per delivery address and comes off the balance, so a $50 card does not buy $50 of cookies — send one parcel rather than four small ones if the balance is tight, or use the family's Celebrations Passport shipping subscription. Because the cookies contain no preservatives, Cheryl's recommends expedited delivery for states west of the Mississippi, the northeastern states and Florida, and only Overnight service guarantees arrival on a chosen day — standard ground gives a window, not a date. Deliveries to hospitals, hotels and colleges need extra care with the address, and Canadian orders cannot be placed online at all: they run through chat or phone, take one to two weeks, and add a shipping charge to every item on the order.
What you get
- A claim code, delivered by email
- A private order page (14-day access)
- Re-issue or full refund if the code fails
- No Cheryl's Cookies login or ID required
